- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: counseling, social work, psychology,
special education, rehabilitation science, or other related field. Master's degree preferred. - Familiarity with concepts, practices and procedures in the fields of autism, special education,
and/or coaching - Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in a collaborative work environment
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Minimum of two years' experience working with individuals in college, on the autism spectrum, or
both.

Program Coordinator Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: education, counseling, social work,
