Remote Support Nationwide AHEADD Remote Support provides additional options for some students who do not reside, or go to school, in our program areas. Remote Support allows us to provide services for students enrolled at virtually any college or university across the nation. Remote Support involves online, live video communication and coaching via Skype, email, and phone conversations between our student and his/her program manager. Skype meetings are held twice weekly and additional phone and email conversations can be held as needed throughout the week.
AHEADD's Remote Support provides and thoroughly covers each core element of support included in our typical model, which includes:
1. AHEADD Professional Staff Involvement 2. Development of Campus and Community Support Network 3. Utilization of Campus Resources 4. Peer Mentoring
