Jennifer Litwin
Jennifer is a Senior Program Manager for AHEADD Pittsburgh, PA. She
has a masters degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland at
Baltimore as well as an MBA from George Washington University. Jennifer
is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has been working as a
social worker for more than 8 years.
Paula Kauffman Oberly, BCC
Attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a B.A. in
Psychology, then attended Ohio University where she received her M.Ed. in
Counseling. Paula has been practicing in the Pittsburgh Area as a Child and
Adolescent Therapist since 2004 in the community mental health and
school settings. She has a passion for working with people on the spectrum
and came to AHEADD to support young adults in their pursuit of higher
education. Paula is a member of the American Counseling Association and
Chi Sigma Iota, the Professional Counseling Fraternity. In her free time she
likes to spend time in her garden, travel, listen to music, catch up on movies,
and do all kinds of crafts including scrapbooking, knitting, painting, and
jewelry making. Paula serves as our Regional Program Manager for
Pittsburgh as well as our National Admissions Coordinator.

Joe Farrell
Joe has a Master’s degree in Community Agency Counseling from Duquesne
University. Prior to Duquesne Joe attended Malone University in Canton,
Ohio, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry with a minor
in Psychology. Joe has been working with children and teens for nearly ten
years and has been working with the ASD population for over five. Joe sees
working with AHEADD students as a natural progression in his work and an
opportunity to expand his knowledge and skills to the young adult age group.
Jennifer Koehler Fandray
Jennifer Koehler Fandray is a Licensed Professional Counselor and
Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She has a Bachelor's Degree from John
Carroll University in Psychology and a Master's Degree from the
University of Pittsburgh, in Rehabilitation Counseling. With over 16 years
experience in the field, Mrs. Fandray has worked in various capacities of
rehabilitation including the public sector (Office of Vocational
Rehabilitation) and in private rehabilitation. She has worked with adults
having traumatic brain injury, learning disabilities, autism, and
developmental disabilities. She is an experienced vocational evaluator and
neuropsychological technician. Mrs. Fandray also enjoys volunteering her
time as a Trustee for the Carnegie Library of Homestead and being a local
Girl Scout Leader. She resides with her husband and two young daughters.

Amy Perschke
Amy Perschke is a Program Manager with AHEADD. She has a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. She is very
excited to have this wonderful opportunity to help individuals with autism
through their college education. When she is not working, she enjoys reading
and decorating her home.
Kevin Nealer
Kevin recently completed his third year teaching at the middle school level in
Williamsburg, VA. He taught students with intellectual disabilities and autism.
He has a BA in early childhood psychology from Christopher Newport
University and a M.A. Ed. in special education from the College of William
and Mary. He recently moved to the Pittsburgh area to broaden his
experiences of working with young adults with intellectual disabilities and
autism. Kevin has been working with individuals with disabilities since high
school, when he worked as a camp counselor at a summer camp for
individuals with disabilities.

Ramona Ragano
Ramona Ragano works as a program manager with AHEADD Pittsburgh. She
obtained both her Bachelor's degree, in Communication Science & Disorders
and her Master's degree, in Rehabilitation Counseling, from the University of
Pittsburgh. Ramona is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC ). She has worked with individuals with
disabilities for over ten years and is happy to be joining AHEADD's diversely
talented team.
Matt Bartko
Matt is currently an intern with AHEADD, pursing a Master's degree in
Social Work with a direct practice concentration at the University of
Pittsburgh. Prior to working with AHEADD, Matt worked as a Program
Manager with Public Allies Pittsburgh, where he developed a passion for
service, coaching, and working with diverse young adults. This internship is
Matt's first experience working both with individuals with learning
differences and with ASD in general. He is thrilled for the opportunity and to
be learning from the passionate folks at AHEADD.
